Electron Re-Volt

One day, it thus transpired,
in a lonesome molecule;
An electron got tired,
of protons' ridicule.

While poor electrons tasked,
with never a sigh or groan;
the lazy protons basked,
in the quiet nuclear zone.

The electrons' circular motion,
was periodic in time;
Their unparalleled devotion,
had earned them, not a dime.

The nasty protons scorned,
"we are positive, you nuts";
The weary electrons warned,
"One day, we'll kick your butts".

So on this fateful morning,
this electron made a plan;
Without a word or warning,
he called upon his clan.

"Yo brathas", he lambasted,
"We're NEGATIVE, aweriight;
The positive lazy bastards!!!!,
Let's show 'em awl our might!!".

The Electron High Commission,
passed the mutiny bill;
"We'll bring about a fission;
nuclear energy, we'll spill!!

After the nuclear rupture,
The positives will flee;
The nucleus, we'll capture,
and spend our days in glee."

Though, one serious point,
unsolved, still remained,
A neutron, to appoint,
faithful and well trained.

Neutrons, particles passive,
were "NEUTRAL", of course,
But their impact was massive,
they struck with mighty force.

An electron had a friend,
in the neutron family;
His chum did condescend,
but snapped ANGRILY!!!!

"Fission is not a joke,
Do you idiots comprehend!!;
"The demons, you'll provoke,
your existence will end."

"Firm and united, oh pal,
Revolt, we declare!!;
High and strong in morale,
consequence, we don't care."

So this neutron was hired,
to complete the run;
Momentum, it acquired,
and then began the fun.

Thus struck the particle, quantum,
the home of lazy drones;
The majestic nucleur sanctum,
to smithereens, was blown.

The molecule, closely-knitted,
broke into atoms, twin;
Gamma rays were emitted,
and three neutrons, from within.

The electrons watched the fission,
and the by-products evolve;
Successful was their mission,
now they would'nt revolve!!.

Together they would cluster,
to form the nucleus, grand;
All energy, they will muster,
they'll work hand in hand.

But one important fact,
they did'nt consider, quite;
Two negatives dont attract,
they repel with all their might!!!

The repulsive force grew,
inversely with separation;
The electrons, it blew,
away with acceleration.

There was a huge commotion,
thrown away to atoms twin;
In loathsome circular motion.
once again, began to spin.

To this day, poor electrons,
move in circular trajectory;
Whereas the lazy protons,
spend their lives in glee.

The nasty protons scorn,
"we are positive, you nuts";
The weary electrons warn,
"One day, we'll kick your butts".
